Collaboration & Agreement with RTOs
- We work closely with RTOs to design a WBT program that aligns with their course structure and compliance requirements.

Induction & Orientation
- Students receive an introduction to workplace policies, procedures, and professional expectations.
- Compliance documentation, including training contracts and agreements, is completed.
- RTO trainers and SSE facilitators collaborate to provide students with a clear learning pathway.
Workplace Allocation & Trainer Coordination
- We source and allocate industry-aligned workplaces that meet RTO compliance requirements.
- Workplace supervisors and RTO trainers are introduced to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Training plans are implemented in accordance with the specific units of competency.
Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance Support
- Regular progress reports and check-ins ensure compliance with RTO requirements.
- SSE provides ongoing trainer support to maintain high-quality training delivery.
- Compliance documentation, including logbooks and assessment reports, is maintained for audit readiness.
Assessment & Evidence Collection
- Students complete workplace tasks aligned with competency requirements.
- Trainers assess skills through direct observation, supervisor reports, and practical tasks.
- SSE assists in collecting and verifying workplace evidence for RTO assessment records.
Logbook Submission & Certification
- Students maintain detailed logbooks validated by supervisors and trainers.
- All required documentation is reviewed and submitted to the RTO for final assessment.
- Upon successful completion, students meet their WBT requirements as part of their certification pathway.
